What is the same-day delivery cut-off?
Order before 2pm Monday to Saturday for same-day delivery anywhere inside the M25. Sunday orders deliver Monday.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes — pick any date up to 60 days ahead on the product page. We will deliver between 9am and 6pm.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose a size and frequency, then pause, skip or cancel from your account at any time. No minimum term.
Will the bouquet look like the photo?
Our florists follow each recipe closely, but seasonal stems can vary slightly in colour. Style and value are always kept.
